Pros: Nice landlord and affordable rent prices. Cozy apartments. Kid friendly and quaint neighborhood for the most part. Friendly neighbors. Walkable distance to Wawa, supermarket, and mom and pop restaurants. 10-15 min drive from the city. And close to Septa train and Philadelphia airport. Norwood library is literally feet away from the apartment building. Cons: Parking rules kinda stinks. Will get fined after 9am or between 2-5 am at meters whether you're a resident or not. Maintenance likes to take their time. Apartments are cozy but aren't that modern looking. Has A.C units but no central air. Building needs an upgrade. Occassional bugs. Cigarette and weed smells depending on who you get as neighbors.
