Eastlake Flats is a great place to live! I am meeting so many nice people all around the area. And all the great sights here! There's the mini parks at Lake Union, the views from the rooftop, shopping in walking distance The manager Sam Ewin is so helpful and friendly I've been here three years and I am glad I chose this place There is always something interesting happening! You gotta come and see!

Highly recommend!!! The building is in a great location and very clean, but, more importantly, the building manager, Sam, is absolutely phenomenal to work with. Helped us get everything together in advance, explained exactly what we needed in order to expedite the approval process and got us into our unit the very day we signed all the paperwork. Sam is exceptional and we loved working with her and I absolutely love having my family living at Eastlake.
