Fairly large apartments for the price. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. The area stays safe probably in part due to the police station being right around the corner. Management is quick to respond to any reported maintenance issues or problems. Being right next to the BA expressway makes it really convenient to get to my job. Over 3 years of trouble free renting so far.
