The property manager Terri Dawson is an absolute scam artist. She will take you for all you have. She charges extra for security deposit and then keeps it all. She will not only nickel and dime you but repairs are almost never able to be scheduled. If they do come they just slap a coat of paint on whatever the issue is. All the apartments are full of mold and leaks but somehow they are around $1500! STAY AWAY!!!
