*PLEASE READ* Just wow Megan Titche, You and your team are so awful. You guys not once in over 30 different phone calls picked up. Like why offer your number? You guys charge SO many additional fees for things literally not having anything to do with the unit. For instance Christian Busch charging tenants for a “clean up” not even at the unit. This definitely isn't even legal. Furthermore this is not the first time this occurrence has happened. This list can go on please everyone think again before moving in here, this place is beyond a joke but a nightmare. I lived at West wood apartments downtown, and Im sure these people are doing a horrific job at their other properties. Also don’t even think about getting security deposit back I left unit spotless and received nothing. Also multiple cars were vandalised and nothing was ever done.
