I lived there in 2018. By far the most stressful and costly year of my life. We ended up getting bed bugs, stuff was stolen from our apartment (I suspect by the property manager), the ceiling leaked, and there was mold on the ceiling. LBPM did nothing to protect their tenants from the monster of a property manager. Stay far far away.
