Under new management of Teresa the buildings repairs have really improved the quality of the building. The green garden with the beautiful pond with turtles and fishes are beautiful to walk through. Its a quiet complex located near everything in Arcadia. Been here for 2 years and I saw both management styles and I'm so pleased that every maintenance request or question is answered in a timely manner. Like all places where you are renting there are complex rules that one must follow to make it a beautiful pleasant place for everyone to live in which I feel are common courtesy guidelines that just makes this a beautifully well managed building. If there is a unit opening I highly recommend giving it a tour. The units are spacious and beautiful.
