Doris is an amazing manager. I hope the Greenlake Terrace owners appreciate Doris. She is attentive, understanding and up to the point. The location is indeed good, as Green Lake is a few minutes away and the neighborhood seems to be quite peaceful, but the building is old and the laundry room is not on the floors, but on the level of the parking garage. I imagine it's not very pleasant to go out in the cold to do laundry. A good thing though, the garage is secured. If I did not mind that the windows of the reviewed apartment face a gloomy building nearby, and tiny bedrooms, I might have rented an apartment here. I am giving 5 stars because of Doris.
