Van Alstine Apartments are located in a desirable area in Carmichael tucked away near the American River. We are a gated community that offers 2 bedroom apartments. Our property consist of beautiful landscaping surrounded by mature redwood and crape myrtle trees. Our residents enjoy our sparkling pool and access to on-site laundry. Pets allowed in some units

The manager is amazing. She truly cares a lot about her tenants. She keeps the grounds picked ip and keeps it nice. She also gets rid of anyone hanging it...i or people that are causing problems

I lived there 9 years. Since last year,the rent went from $800 to $1287 with no improvement and bare minimum of repairs. Also added to our cost was water and garbage removal. The apartment is large and the complex is quiet. The best part is the lovely manager Kathy. If you don't mind continuous rent increase,then this is your place.
