The new manager has completely turn this place around. People are people but there team is making this place AMAZING. Security cameras...He did that...More parking needed...got cars that don't belong here towed....Gang activity almost all gone. Rules have been, being enforced. As long as you communicate with the manager he makes sure that everything is taken care of. All new tenants coming in are great people. I mean you can't kick out people because you might not like them. The trouble makers are leaving though. I mean he is a manager not a babysitter.

I have live here for a year. Ever since we got our new manager it's a whole new complex. To address what the other person said "Property management seems to be working on improving living conditions within the complex, still need to screen prospective tenants better, kids need to be kept under control, litter and bark cleanup needs to be addressed, rules need to be enforced" Yes the property has improved 10 fold. Screen for better tenants ....That has happen. The new people moving in are great! The people living here before the manager got here isn't his fault. Kids...will be kids. Should the parents watch them better...yes they run a around breaking rules but the manager can only do so much and it isn't his job. The bark isn't even a problem. Rules are getting enforced that's why people are leaving. People should also talk to security or the police if they have issues with people. I love some of the people here but if you are too afraid to speak up to the right people (security or cops) don't complain about the place. This is a beautiful place to live. Its not fancy but it is home. Some people just expect to be more than what it is. If you want a fancy place pay a couple thousand to live there or get a house. Update: I have never seen a single roach in my apartment, or even on the property so sounds like you just some nasty people. Second Manager Lies don't make me laugh. The manager has a number of occasions given me an other tenants breaks. The kids are actually all good polite kids. Alot of them ask me if they could help me carry my groceries. Don't listen to these people. The people that are putting bad reviews are probably the same people breaking hella rules and were making it hell for other tenants.
