We moved in recently and the whole process has gone exceptionally smooth thanks to Alanna, our leasing agent and Austin, the property manager. Both have been incredibly helpful to us answering questions we’ve had, ensuring everything is clean, nice and in working order. They even ensured we had a disabled parking space in front of our apartment. We have a small dog and really appreciate the doggy waste stations complete with bags and trash cans scattered throughout the complex. The grounds are very nice with zero evidence that pets live here. I could go on but basically, we’re really loving our new home and couldn’t be happier!

Firstly, I have to say how impressed I am with the property itself. The apartments are well-maintained and beautifully designed, making for a comfortable and inviting living space. The amenities are top-notch, and I appreciate the effort the management team puts into ensuring everything is always in top condition. Now, onto the people who make Kelly Greens Apartments such a wonderful place to live. Sarah, in particular, is an absolute gem. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor truly makes all the difference. She always goes above and beyond to assist with any concerns or questions that I may have. She is an absolute asset to the team and makes living at Kelly Greens Apartments all the more enjoyable. Additionally, everyone who works at the property is incredibly friendly and professional. They make it a point to know each tenant by name, and I appreciate the personalized touch they bring to their work. It is clear that the management team truly cares about their residents and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience living at Kelly Greens Apartments. From the beautiful property to the outstanding staff, everything is simply top-notch. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.
