The apartment was newly renovated and included a wet bar and w/d in unit. Maintenance was very responsive anytime we needed something, which was fairly rare. I even decorated my deck to look like a cute grassy enclosure! Love love loved my floor plan too. Only reason we moved was because we bought a house. My only gripe is that I didn't get my work covid care package that wasn't forwarded to my address after I moved and the manager refused to release it to me. C'est la vie I guess.
