Great place to live ,paying online is super easy, and property is always clean. The property manager Angela is very helpful and really cares about people. James the maintenance supervisor is awsome. I’ve had to put in one work order and James surprised me at my door in 10 minutes to take care of it. I recommend this property with a five star rating because is is well deserved!

I just moved here and they are newly renovated new flooring and sleek appliances. stove dishwasher fridge and microwave included and the property is well maintained. it's very quiet with lots of parking. Convenient location within walking distance of my Dr at Tacoma general which is really important for me right now. So far only complaint is the water pressure could be better and hot water should be endless lol that's just my own personal opinion
