Pros: Elevator access, underground parking, DRY CLEANING (yes, you read that correctly), community socials, friendly staff
Cons: None I can think of (see detailed description below)
First Impression: Verona is a relatively small and eerily peaceful (all bonuses) community given its proximity to I-635 and Galleria Dallas. All thanks go to my wonderful locator, Marie. My first visit to Verona was overwhelmingly pleasant. I worked with Kevin and he was very approachable, friendly, and professional. He was knowledgeable and provided me a thorough, informative overview of Verona. The history of Verona was fascinating, and I found it rather refreshing to know the property is STILL maintained by its original owners. He also took the time to really show off the community and all the amenities Verona had to offer. I was so impressed with his presentation that by the time we were done, I really felt like I got the royal treatment—with the red carpet rolled out. Surprisingly, all my needs were addressed to my satisfaction in the initial visit (no cons). Although I did not go with the initial unit selected (I have huge furniture), Marie, the property’s manager, was so helpful in addressing my concerns and helped me secure the current rental property I am in right now. Sandee was the Leasing Consultant who processed my paperwork, and she was absolutely a joy to work with as well.
Tenant Impression: I moved into my unit July 2018. I was welcomed with a greeting card, a bottle of wine, and a folder with a ton of coupons for restaurants, and information about the community and venues in the area. Again, this was a total surprise and was not expected, and a perfect treat to indulge in after a long day/move. The unit itself is very spacious and has a ton of character. It is not your average “cookie cutter” floor plan you see in modern apartment homes. I can tell the layout/floor plans were carefully planned during the architectural planning. In addition, the grounds and facilities are kept clean and maintained daily. Verona also plans several community socials for residents to mingle. As I write this review, today is “National Beer Lover’s Day” and I have been invited by the staff to enjoy a cold one to kick-off the weekend!
Overall, my experience at Verona has been remarkable. The value you receive in terms of amenities/location/services (etc.), is among the best you will find. I live alone with my puppers, and we could not feel safer anywhere else. It is a place I am proud to call “home”.

Called home for nearly 5 years before moving out of state. A wonderful place to live and be part of a community. Just walking into the Verona it feels more like a home. The building spoke to me. Little perks everywhere..Loved how fast the banks of elevators worked. The staff is A+. Front desk attendants great! Could not find the equivalent in my new location. A very special place ...check it out! Miss it so much!

I’ve been a resident of Verona for over 5 years. My experience living here has changed the way I look at apartment living. The management and attendants are wonderful people that know the residents well and truly care about them. I’m also a dog owner and frequently walk my dog around Galleria area. What stands out about Verona the most, as a dog owner, is how different the residents and grounds crew are here. There are many newer built apartments with residents and mgmt that don’t keep their areas around the apartments clean and safe for animals. Verona provides a clean property and two gated courtyard areas for leashed animals. Tele and the grounds team do an excellent job of providing a healthy environment. My pup also enjoys interacting with our amazing attendants when coming in who always have treats for her. It’s a welcoming place thanks to people who manage the front, like Kevin, Richard, Chris, and Sandee with respectable residents.

I have lived at the Verona since 2015 and love it. The apartments are well maintained by quality management. My neighbors are respectful and I enjoy the atmosphere and amenities. Spacious floor plans are key. I have lived in four different floor plans and have enjoyed them. I feel safe and appreciate what is here and plan to continue to live here.

Living at Verona for the past three years was one of the best apartment living experiences! The staff is always cordial and willing to assist with any of your needs. Management truly works hard to maintain the property and assuring the integrity of the location is always inviting. Anyone looking to experience hi rise living I would highly recommend Verona. It’s very affordable and centrally located with great amenities an offers a variety of eateries and shopping.

I've lived here for over 3 years and love it! This is a quiet place with a wonderful sense of community. The building is well maintained and I've made many lasting friendships. Management and staff care about their residents and go above and beyond. Verona is truly the best-kept secret in the area. Many residents have lived here for 10+ years. I've loved living here and am happy to call this place home..

I live in Verona for a year, really like their efficient management system. Every time I have any issues with the apartment even if just a small thing like changing fire alarm battery, once they get my work order request, the issue will be fix promptly. I'm very satisfied the living experience here. I'll choose to renew the lease if I'm not moving out of Texas.

I just moved in over the summer, and I keep finding things Im thankful for about this apartment complex. I feel bad even calling it that, Verona is not an apartment complex it is a Community of generous living and heartfelt accommodations. My girlfriend and I immediately felt welcomed into a family from the moment we started our tour. The staff is like that 24/7 and maintenance lives on the gorgeous property. I swear I keep trying to get my parents to move here.
