Pros: Elevator access, underground parking, DRY CLEANING (yes, you read that correctly), community socials, friendly staff Cons: None I can think of (see detailed description below) First Impression: Verona is a relatively small and eerily peaceful (all bonuses) community given its proximity to I-635 and Galleria Dallas. All thanks go to my wonderful locator, Marie. My first visit to Verona was overwhelmingly pleasant. I worked with Kevin and he was very approachable, friendly, and professional. He was knowledgeable and provided me a thorough, informative overview of Verona. The history of Verona was fascinating, and I found it rather refreshing to know the property is STILL maintained by its original owners. He also took the time to really show off the community and all the amenities Verona had to offer. I was so impressed with his presentation that by the time we were done, I really felt like I got the royal treatment—with the red carpet rolled out. Surprisingly, all my needs were addressed to my satisfaction in the initial visit (no cons). Although I did not go with the initial unit selected (I have huge furniture), Marie, the property’s manager, was so helpful in addressing my concerns and helped me secure the current rental property I am in right now. Sandee was the Leasing Consultant who processed my paperwork, and she was absolutely a joy to work with as well. Tenant Impression: I moved into my unit July 2018. I was welcomed with a greeting card, a bottle of wine, and a folder with a ton of coupons for restaurants, and information about the community and venues in the area. Again, this was a total surprise and was not expected, and a perfect treat to indulge in after a long day/move. The unit itself is very spacious and has a ton of character. It is not your average “cookie cutter” floor plan you see in modern apartment homes. I can tell the layout/floor plans were carefully planned during the architectural planning. In addition, the grounds and facilities are kept clean and maintained daily. Verona also plans several community socials for residents to mingle. As I write this review, today is “National Beer Lover’s Day” and I have been invited by the staff to enjoy a cold one to kick-off the weekend! Overall, my experience at Verona has been remarkable. The value you receive in terms of amenities/location/services (etc.), is among the best you will find. I live alone with my puppers, and we could not feel safer anywhere else. It is a place I am proud to call “home”.

Called home for nearly 5 years before moving out of state. A wonderful place to live and be part of a community. Just walking into the Verona it feels more like a home. The building spoke to me. Little perks everywhere..Loved how fast the banks of elevators worked. The staff is A+. Front desk attendants great! Could not find the equivalent in my new location. A very special place ...check it out! Miss it so much!
