My boyfriend and I just moved to Fairways in May, and we love it here. The workers are kind, responsive, and understanding. Our neighbors are great and the nicest. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Fairways to everyone. My boyfriend and I wish they had a three bedroom so when we need a three bedroom, we could stay here!

Have lived here for almost a year now and if you are used to apartments, it's a nice place. The floors are very thin, so it can get noisy if your neighbors so much as have a few friends over on a weekend, but it is what it is. Maintenance has always been prompt, everything is well kept, and the neighbors are all polite enough. Just a little suburban community with some very nice trees and reasonably priced pool access.
