When I started my apartment search The Metropolitan Marlton was my first and only stop. Relocating back to the area I was looking for a place that was close to friends/family, shopping/entertainment and also the city. The apartment is spacious, the community grounds are always well maintained, the neighbors are friendly and with it being within a neighborhood it really makes you feel at home. Also, the property manager Pauline, from the start has been amazing. She has been so helpful, caring and a great resource. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help she was on it with no hesitation.

I really appreciate all of the metropolitan staff. Melissa and the maintenance crew are quick to respond and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. Upon move in our apartment was clean and in working order. Parking isn’t usually an issue but recently it has been hard to find a guest spot. I feel the general area is safe and the neighborhood has been really great so far.
