Positives: W/D, gas stove. Many negatives: Absolutely far from ‘luxury’ living as per their false advertising. Doormen are unhelpful as is management. Management is unresponsive and unprofessional, I had left 2 messages for them and never got a response. Management doesn’t pay attention to hazards, poor maintenance especially during months of Covid. Maintenance staff is not responsible and seem upset when they need to do any work. I had to call them to the apartment twice to help with a broken appliance and they were irritable the whole time. Noisy. Outside sidewalk is dirty. No security. Heating and A/C system doesn’t operate well.
