Stayed for my 1 year lease then moved out. They sent me. 1000$ invoice saying I trashed the apartment. They claimed it took 100$ to remove trash ( I have pictures of the entire apartment there was no trash left behind) then they claimed a 200$ cleanup fee ( weird how removing trash doesn’t fall under cleaning the apartment). Then they claimed a 300$ carpet dmg fee!! I carpet cleaned my carpets once every 3 months! The manager is definitely a “can I speak to the manager” type and was super upset I didn’t want to renew the lease. Save your money and just go somewhere else
