I have moved quite a lot in the past because of school and work and The Fairfax has been my favorite building so far. Management is quite good, probably the best of all the places I’ve lived. I haven’t interacted much with Kelee, but Raquel, the assistant manager is always attentive and kind to everyone. Ever since I was looking for an apartment until now, she has always been been there to lend a hand, she’s very resourceful and knows the answer to almost any question. She has solved my problems in more than one occasion. The building has some minor issues —bear in mind it was built a long time ago— and has gone through some renovations but it is a nice place nonetheless, I really like my apartment and neighbors. It might not be a very luxurious building but it has some cool amenities and a nice community. Sometimes accidents happen or things break —which is normal in any building— but they are addressed on a timely manner; of course, don’t expect unrealistic timeframes, they always try to do the best they can. The building is in walking distance to UPenn and Drexel and to major research and health facilities. And it’s located right on the limit of UPenn’s Patrol zone so the area is fairly safe. I’m very happy with my apartment choice.

I am a UPenn student. Wonderful apartment building. Miss Kelee and Raquel make you feel like part of the family. They are always there to support you and help you out with anything. Units are recently renovated and look so upscale. Amenities are amazing. 10/10 recommend living here!
