The managers are awesome! Yes it is in a bad neighborhood; but we are in the back and the managers watch everything and have a security guard company that comes through every night. The night security are awesome once they get to know you, they protect the property and you, they drive through like twice and hour. The only thing I don't like is we don't have a dishwasher and there is no washer and dryer hookups. I feel like I have gone back to the stone age. Lol! It is very quite here and I enjoy the peacefulness that you get here. Even being in a bad neighborhood; but what area in Vancouver, WA is good anymore. Every area you go to in this town is pretty much bad now a days. I love living here. We even have our own garden spot. Fresh vegetables all summer long. AWESOME!! Thank You The managers here are pretty awesome to and very understanding. They don't make the rules but they have to enforce them not a fun part of there job. They are still awesome managers doing there job.

Overpriced garbage apartments bad neighborhood, parking sucks, rude management that wont take care of anything except relieving you of your deposit
