Not bad at all, it's a good deal for being close to the univeristy. Management is responsive and kind.

I have enjoyed my time at this apartment. The Manager and Assistant Manager are very responsive (when you email or call they reply prompt), it is an older apartment but it is well maintained and clean. It is very close to restaurants, attractions and great transit links (bus lines and light rail). It is also very quiet and chill no hot-messes or busybodies here. It is in the very desirable Prospect Park neighborhood.
