Quite very nice land scaping, college near and shopping,and restaurants all so close by.

I've lived here for nearly 6 years and have seen major improvements over the past 2 years. The building was painted inside and out; new hall carpeting and lobby/elevator flooring; new light fixtures throughout; completely new custom landscaping outside with the addition of elegant exterior lighting; a comprehensive security system of cameras everywhere; and they just finished a total remodel of the laundry room with 4 brand new washers and 4 brand new dryers all of which use an app as opposed to quarters. Other improvements are planned and we're hoping they turn on the 15 electric car charging systems they installed soon. Management is responsive to needs as issues come up. Apartments are generously sized with large bedrooms, two complete walk-in closets, and two full-sized bathrooms. While there have been issues over the time I've been here, they have worked to correct them and I feel comfortable and safe here.
