My roommate and I lived at AMLI for the summer and had a fantastic time.
1. The staff is very helpful. We had quite a few complications with move in and move out from our end, right from the pre-leasing office to the building managers were very accommodating of our requirements. They even moved things around on our end to ensure we had a smooth transition. We really didnt expect them to go out of the way for that!
2. The location is perfect. Right next to downtown Bellevue with a great view of the park, really made our summer.
3. Amenities were everything you would expect from a good residential complex. Would wish the pool area was open for later (assume it is because of safety?)
4. We had a couple of service requests with some of the equipment halfway through our lease. All i had to do was submit them online and it was taken care of within 48 hours (even a bigger issue with an appliance). Not having to worry about that stuff was really nice for our short stay.
Would highly recommend, no complains.

It is the best place to live! The leasing office and maintenance teams are very kind and ready to help. I was able to get settled very well thanks to them although I'm from Korea for the first time in Seattle area. Great location. Downtown Park and Meydenbauer Bay Park which have such a stunning scenery are across the street. I totally agree on the 5 starts reviews below. It is also very nice place for the Korean people but I hardly meet the Koreans here. If you are a Korean and interest in this marvelous apartment, please contact me and I may help you in Korean language!

This is my second time living at AMLI Bellevue Park, with several years between. I really missed it while I was gone. Such a great place to live. One of largest parks is across the street, with the biggest playground around. Great path to run or walk. Whether you're a walker, runner or a parent with kids, the park will be a place to visit often. There is a great sense of community at AMLI Bellevue Park. Apartments are very updated and appliances are great. I've never had a better washing machine in my life! And two elements that are very important to me, it is safe and quiet, and you'll never hear your neighbors through the walls.

But most recently I’ve had a lot of interaction with the Leasing Agent Liz Plummer. She gets my huge shout out as being the best of the staff I’ve worked with !!
Last year (2023) I ran into some problems which were out of my control. These issues affected every aspect of my life including my lease here at AMLI Bellevue Park.
I worked day to day with Liz throughout this very difficult time to solve the issues related to my lease here. She was totally fantastic ! Empathetic, understanding, patient and most importantly, totally vested in helping me solve these problems.
Thanks largely to Liz, these issues I faced are no more and I’m proud to say that I’ll be an AMLI Bellevue Park resident for years to come.
The phrase “AMLI Family” really applies here, thanks to wonderful friends like Liz Plummer !

We have lived in here in Amli Bellevue Park for 7 years. We love the location, we walk everywhere. Our apartment is well appointed and beautiful, and we have made some great friends. We've appreciated our Leasing and Maintenance team over the years as well. Questions are answered in a timely manner and problems addressed quickly, all with friendly attitudes. We want to particularly mention Liz, Brett, Caleb, Patrick, and Henry as we've had the most experience with them. Great professionals!

It's a great community! Lola is really kind and helpful.
The environment here is just so nice: a beautiful park is just across the street, and you can just get tp restaurants, shopping malls, salon and nearly all you need on foot. Before I moved in, I'm a little worried about the noise, but the fact is the windows here are effectively sound insulation :) Highly recommend!
We've lived here for a little over two years and I am so happy we are here vs another apartment during COVID! Our move in and rental was smooth, the community has some nice amenities that they have been updating, it's dog friendly, and before COVID they had lots of fun resident events that were a nice extra. There are a lot of different floor plans offered; we have some big beautiful windows with a view of downtown and Seattle across the water. The original building is a little older which is actually a bonus, as floor plans are larger and we get an actual deck. I appreciate how well the walls and floors insulate noise as I have lived in past apartments where this is NOT the case. 99% of the time I forget we have anyone living around us. Apartments in Bellevue are expensive, but I found this community to be cheaper than others in the area when we first looked. The leasing staff are great, on hand to answer questions, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. We see no reason to leave until we buy a house!
We had an exceptional experience with Brett, our leasing agent. His professionalism, and friendly demeanor made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Brett's knowledge and willingness to address all our concerns truly set him apart. One of the main reasons we opted to transfer internally instead of moving to a different , more affordable rental apartment is the positive and efficient leasing experience with AMLI. I have seen new faces in the leasing team overtime, but AMLI management seems to be doing a phenomenol job picking the best team members every single time!
