Living here at Kota has been a 5-star experience! I love the location and proximity to nature and hiking trails, the quiet and safe community, neighbors and management are friendly and caring. It’s the most pet-friendly community I’ve lived in, my dog loves the dog park, and having a pet wash station is so convenient.

I can only speak for myself and I fully understand that anyone else’s experience may be different. The location is perfect. Any store I may need to go to or shopping I may need to do within 3 miles. The apartment is very nice. Nothing is “perfect” and if you’re looking for that “perfect” apartment then there are plenty of locations in Scottsdale that will be more than happy to charge you $2,000 a month for “perfection”. Any issues I’ve needed to clear up have been taken care of by the staff in a minimal amount of time. On a personal note; Don’t blame the leasing office and apartment complex because you don’t have the necessary credit rating to land an apartment here or somewhere else.
