Everything ran smoothly in the application process. So far as a tenant the staff are very helpful and attentive. Cameron is super and the apartment is clean and well maintained. Nice to have the security of a gated complex. Art the maintenance guy has offered help and is available by text which is nice. The neighbors have been really kind also. Overall 5 stars.

Been living here for the past 2 years now and it’s been a good place to live. Nice and quiet, perfect for a family. Art, the maintenance worker has also made this place enjoyable to live. He is quick with responses and fixes whatever you need the same day and at the latest the next morning. He does very well with maintaining all 90+ units at the Summit. I’ve seen him work at 11pm for a water leak and still has a great attitude. Definitely one of the brightest spots about living here.
