Welcome to vintage living in the heart of Minneapolis. 225 Place Apartments are located across from beautiful Loring Park and just blocks from the Walker Art Center. Built in 1911, these apartments have wonderful character and a historic charm.

I have lived here for a few months and love it! The location is great for public transit and it is easy to get just about everywhere. The building is older and has tons of character! My cats love the deep window sills (see a very happy kitty in photo) and I love the claw foot tub. Although older does mean that things will inevitably not be like things in a brand new building I am much happier. And when things do happen (and let's be honest, even things in new buildings go wrong) I know that they will get taken care of. The building manager and maintenance are in top of everything right away and are also so friendly. John (manager) also keeps the common area super clean. I swear the halls smell like they have just been cleaned multiple times a week. It has been one of the friendliest places I have ever lived and I am so glad I moved in.

I love living here! The apartment manager, John, has been nothing but helpful ever since I first came to check out an apartment. He’s extremely caring and very personable. The building itself is kept clean and secure. I pay to park in the lot, and it’s always plowed and well patrolled to tow away cars that can’t park there. Paying rent is easy and painless with their online system. I enjoy that they have quiet hours after 10 pm. Great first apartment. Keep up the good work guys!
