North Beach's "Resident Events" are always fun and entertaining. I am glad I made time to participate. These events allow residents to not only interact with the staff but also other resident in the large complex. I look forward to the next event especially once the pool opens, which guarantees a BIG SPLASH! Thank you North Beach for regularly demonstrating your appreciation for your residence through these "Resident Events". =.)

My fiance and I love living here. The staff is very prompt with fixing issues. Our sink was leaking when we first moved in and they had it done within a few days. Also our dryer hose was unplugged and they came the same day to put it back on. The neighbors are friendly and respectful and there is no loud noises to be heard. We love the location and how we can walk to the grocery store and ride our bikes down to Chixs Beach. This is one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in.
