I’ve had the pleasure of living in this building for some time now, and I must say, it’s truly a remarkable place to call home. From the moment you step through the front doors, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism by the outstanding doorman team. Their friendly smiles and courteous demeanor make each day start and end on a high note, as they consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and secure. The building itself is impeccably maintained, thanks largely to the tireless efforts of the super and porters. Whether it’s promptly addressing maintenance requests or ensuring common areas are pristine, their dedication to excellence is evident in every corner of the building. It’s clear they take immense pride in their work, and it makes a world of difference. In addition to the fantastic staff, the amenities offered are top-notch, adding convenience and luxury to everyday living. The community atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making it easy to meet neighbors and enjoy the shared spaces together. Overall, this building is more than just a residence; it’s a community where the staff’s commitment to quality and service truly shines. I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a place that feels like home from the moment you arrive.

An apartment building in the NYC area having a 4.0 or higher rating is very rare, let alone a 4.5 + rating. Atlas NY’s score is testament to how great of a building it is. The quality of staff was immaculate, from the doormen, to the porters, to the super and leasing agents…Each single person I dealt with during my 3 year stay at the Atlas was kind, professional, friendly, and just flat out amazing at their job. They went above and beyond every single day. The rooftop was one of the best I’ve ever had and events were often had and well managed. The lounge area, library work space, laundry room, and gym were all maintained well and very convenient. The apartments themselves were impressive and offered a good standard of quality. Noise isolation was great, corner unit had great windows and rooms were decently sized. Highly recommend Atlas and would certainly consider moving back in the future.
