The landlord is amazing! Me and my fiance filled out papers today she made us fill very welcomed and did a tour and she has such a sweet heart and is so helpful. The place is cleaned and nice and quiet when I went there and my fiance loves it too. Hope and pray I'm aproved!!

I’ve lived here for the last few years & it’s a wonderful place to live. The management is great. I’m thankful they don’t want constant access to my apartment like the last place I lived. The only issue I have is the difficulty I have each winter to keep the temperature inside my apartment at a comfortable level. The grounds are well kept & I love the large trees, huge moss covered rocks & the view of the hills in Washington (especially with the firework displays on the 4th of July & New Years Eve) from both of my back balconies.
