About The Barrington
The Barrington provides 26 apartment homes in the Elliot Park neighborhood of Minneapolis. Aeon worked with the neighborhood to provide much needed homes for residents. Development History At the request of Elliot Park Neighborhood, Inc., Aeon bought and renovated this condemned building in 1991. During the renovation, Aeon added historically accurate windows to better fit within the historic district.
