I’m on my second lease at these units, and I genuinely enjoy living here a lot! Management is really friendly and very accessible if you have questions or need help with anything. Maintenance requests get filled pretty quickly, and I’ve found that everyone on the maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!! My cats like all the greenery on the property too - the courtyard area outside my door is beautiful! :) I will say that there’s some truth to other reviews that 1. there tend to be cockroaches (maintenance is quick to spray your apartment for them upon request if they show up - i’ve also had an easy time getting any potential hiding holes filled if I find them), 2. People have reported getting their cars broken into - one of my neighbors had this happen to them, but i usually see a security person out at night lately. I will say that there’s a park across the street that’s lovely in the daytime but some sketchy stuff goes on at night sometimes. I’ve never personally had any issues with it, but that’s just me. 3. Management does encourage people to report others breaking the rules but I think some of these reviewers are making a big deal about it - the “rule breakers” in question are people leaving dog poop everywhere (when there are poop disposal bins available for use outside!!!) and dumping an entire apartment’s worth of furniture at the dumpster which is GENUINELY annoying to other residents so I’m fine with encouraging reporting for those. My only complaint is that we could use bigger recycling bins at each of the buildings since the 2 small ones we get fill up too quickly.

When I moved to Austin, I had to find a great place at a reasonable price. Everyone in the office, Gina, Michael, and Eric were extremely helpful and got me approved and moved in quickly. Even though this is an older complex, the apartments are freshly remodeled and clean and nice. I have to admit I lived here a year and never had any problems with noise, neighbors or pests. It’s a great choice to live.
