I had a lovely experience touring with Joey. He was very great to work with, and consistently communicated with me in order to make sure my questions were being answered. I am very appreciative of his positive energy, made my application a breeze! I would definitely recommend looking into renting here- the leasing team is very knowledgeable and will make sure that your needs are being addressed.

I’ve lived at IMT Prestonwood for about 6 months now and am really enjoying it! It’s a pretty quiet community with nice amenities in a great location. The maintenance staff is very friendly and reactive when I have any issues. Joey in the leasing office was helpful with my tour and move in and still is very responsive to any questions I may have. I also love that there are plenty of parking spaces available in the parking garage for residents. I would recommend living here!
