My experience was fantastic after having a appointment with Catalina Apartments that nobody showed up for or canceled I was pretty frustrated, I started looking into different apartment complexes and came across Melrose Apartments, I came in and was immediately greeted by Destiny who helped me figure out the best unit to fit my needs and wants and was able to get me down for a lease pretty much the same day. I’m very excited to be a resident of an apartment complex with such amazing staff. Thank you Destiny!

Excellent management staff that made my move-in process very easy. Ivana did a great job showing me the unit and making me feel comfortable moving. Yanet was super helpful walking me through the details of my lease. I'm liking the modern feel of the new apartment and I can't wait to get settled in and try the pool when it opens.
