My husband and I are moving back to Orlando from Asheville, NC due to an amazing job offer we couldn’t refuse. The moving window was very condensed and therefore we had to find an apartment in Orlando ASAP. We were looking to be in the Hourglass District and were looking for a 1BR for the best value. After searching and reaching out to a number of properties, Laura from Las Arenas was the one who responded the fastest and the one who was most enthusiastic and helpful. Moving from one state to another, and unable to see the actual property…? Super challenging. But, Laura walked us through everything, answered all my MANY questions and concerns, and even FaceTimed with us to give us a virtual “showing” of our actual apartment. We’re moving in the first week of December and haven’t actually had the opportunity to live in the community yet, but Laura’s professionalism and warmth give us confidence that we will have a wonderful experience. We’ll check back in a few months!
