But the real fun begins once you step outside your front door. Enjoy resort-worthy amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center and athletic courts. And of course there’s the on-site sports bar, The Thomasville Lounge, perfect for a happy hour (which is every hour with neighbors and friends).

I’ve lived in three apartments at Thomasville over roughly seven years. It’s been a great experience thanks to the professional staff, friendly tenants, and the atmosphere provided by broadmoore here. I moved to Omaha from Europe, so what attracted me to Tville first were the German style exterior, the clubhouse design, and its gym!!! If you want your privacy people will give you your space, but if you desire to be social there are several opportunities provided by the complex to meet people. I personally have enjoyed the annual summer pool parties, movie nights in the clubhouse theater, and Sunday karaoke! Thomasville is also in a convenient location. A Grocery store and a number of gas stations & restaurants are within walking distance. The best attractions like the outlet mall, city, college campus, zoo, and military base are within a fifteen minute drive from the apartment!!! I had such an amazing experience living at Thomasville for a short year, and would have definitely stayed had I not had plans to move out of Omaha. Such amazing & friendly staff, I cannot stress that enough. Special shout out to Shannon, she’s the best! Very accommodating with my service animal, and everyone loved when I’d bring her to say hi. Thomasville is definitely my #1 recommendation to anyone looking for apartments in the area. Amenities are also a huge plus. The bar has a great atmosphere, and be sure to stop by for Sunday night karaoke, always a GREAT time!
