Great property team. Ashton is great. I go in there just to chit chat with her sometimes. She's very personable. Maintenance is great. They are there with 24 hours of any work order I've needed to put in. The grounds are always kept nice. Constantly see grounds ppl out keeping it nice.

Living at here has been great! Haley and Ashton in the office are super friendly, always on top of things, and really make you feel at home. The maintenance team here is also is quick and efficient with any repairs and keeps everything in great shape. Grouse Run is a nice place to live, thanks to the amazing office staff and the dedicated maintenance crew. Highly recommend!
