We called the Watch Factory home for 7 years. We were initially attracted to the brick walls and high ceilings. We loved our view of the river through the large windows and even saw wildlife including bald eagles and blue herons. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to Moody St., and our children enjoyed the splash pad/playground across the street.

Have lived at the Watch Factory Lofts for 5+ years now and have enjoyed every minute. The convenient location along with the spectacular views of the Charles River does not disappoint. Highly recommend.

WFL is a gorgeous building- the apartments have high ceilings and amazing windows for plenty of light. Gorgeous spot on the Charles River with a walking trail- tons of residents have kayaks and there is a place to store them on site. While the brick walls are lovely, just be prepared that they will increase the heating bill! Overall, our little space is beautiful and generally very up-to-date regarding appliances. In-unit washer and dryer, free parking- both things that can be hard to find in the Boston area! There is a gym, but it’s small and hard to find, so definitely ask for directions to it. Rent is pretty expensive and utilities are not included, so it is a costly building.
The maintenance and leasing folks are wonderful here- shoutouts to Michel, William, Dan, Robert, Sherri, Kevin, Tasha, et al! While the walk from 241 to the leasing office can be long, it’s a nice excuse to take a midday walk around the building, which is just a gorgeous old factory building. Great history and a little museum on-site.
Residents are really nice and the building is very pet-friendly! We’ve made so many friends here and appreciate that everyone (residents and staff) love the dogs! While expensive, the kind staff and great residents, location, in-unit laundry, parking, and pretty loft-style appointments make up for it. Plus, who doesn’t want to have a million neighbors with adorable dogs? No shortage of puppy therapy here.

I've lived at the Watch Factory with my girlfriend for nearly two years now, and we hope to stay for another - it's a gorgeous building with a ton of amenities (gym, courtyard, dock, kayak and bike storage, pool room, parking spots, etc) in a town full of great food and things to do. It is expensive, but at the rate that apartments are going for in Boston (and surrounding areas) these days, you're getting a lot for your money. Management has overall done a good job addressing any issues that have arisen in our time here, though I'll admit the building (due to its age) has some issues that maintenance has had some difficulty addressing (in our case, a small leak through a sealed-off old chimney). Regardless, our Watch Factory experience has absolutely been a positive one, and I would readily recommend it as a place to live.

I love the apartments at Watch Factory Lofts and think Princeton Properties (Laurel, Sys, and Anthony) do a fantastic job managing the property and all of the residents. The building has so much character/charm. It offers a terrific restaurant/cafe, Brelundi, which you will love. I can't say enough good things about the Watch Factory. If you need an apartment, this is a great option!
I've lived at the Watch Factory Lofts for over six months now and I love the staff. They are friendly and responsive to any questions I may have. The building is clean and well kept and I love the convenience to local shops and restaurants.

This is the most amazing place to live. Great amenities (pool table, coffee machine, gym, kayak and bike storage, a courtyard) and maintenance staff are so professional and helpful. The perfect location, too!
You will love Watch Factory lofts! The architecture and design of the building is amazing! I love the brick features the apartments have. The property docks are awesome for kayak access to the river.
