I like pinewood place. I have lived here for 8 years. We have an excellent manager and maintenance team. Our work orders are completed quickly and properly. Our community really feels like home.

I just moved in. Crystal is so helpful, she walked me through every single detail of our move in process and is very responsive to needs/questions. Also just a great personality overall and makes me feel super comfortable to talk to her. Also, the other tenants seem super friendly and this complex feels very family oriented and it's so quiet at night. The property is kept really clean, and D (the maintenance personnel) is very on top of service request. I always see him running around doing his thing as soon as they open to when they close, and he was very helpful with getting my stuff taken care of when I needed some things looked at!
