I have lived here for two years and I've really enjoying living here. Jeanne is great. She is very responsive to any communication and will help you with whatever she can! Maintenance has always been awesome. Luckily, I've only really had small problems and they have been quick to fix it. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and they've done a great job of keeping the units updated! I think my apartment was in even better shape when I moved in than when I viewed it. Most of my appliances were new, my fireplace was spotless, and the carpet looked new. The townhomes are a great price for the size of the units. I had a hard time finding a similar size home for this price range. They are also extremely pet friendly. My one complaint is that I wish there was more grassy area to walk dogs. Most of the yards are slanted so it can be a little tricky to walk a dog in your own yard but it's manageable. The corner units tend to have more grass space. The community is also very nice. Everyone seems super neighborly and there are always kids out playing. I have never had any safety concerns.

My partner and I just moved into a one-bedroom here. After over a month of looking and touring, we are so happy with our choice! Our application and lease process was handled by Elisea who works in the management office. From day one she was polite, respectful, communicative and professional. She answered our emails and returned phone calls promptly. She was friendly and kind. She allowed us to do a second walk-through before our move-in date to address anything we wanted fixed before moving in. The carpet was damaged in a few spots, so Elisea had the carpet replaced in its entirety the next day. Amazing! You never know what kind of experience you’ll have with a property management company. It’s hard to find ones who treat you like a human and understand what a big decision it is to sign a lease in a new living space, but Elisea did. When we turned in our initial condition form after inspecting the apartment over the first few days, we reported some issues with the unit (screen door bent on hinges, doorknob to bathroom not latching, one outlet not working, etc). Within an hour, Elisea had a maintenance tech sent to our unit to address all of it. Carlos, the maintenance tech, was also friendly, professional, attentive. What a wonderful experience de so far. Thank you so much to the Honey Creek staff!
