I set up a tour online with the leasing agent. I showed up a little earlier and was greeted very rude by the male leasing agent. Talked down to and bad customer service. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him I explained everything in the email, my move-in date, budget, etc, but I also reiterated it to him he gave me the worst attitude saying he I didn’t see the email and basically telling me they had nothing I could look at (you could tell he was over working or mad he had to work on a Saturday not sure)after I drove 30 minutes out of my way to tour the apartment seems very unorganized and I’m glad I didn’t live there anyway. Unprofessional and bad customer service wouldn’t want to live there with a leasing agent like that.

Parking is a HUGE issue with this complex because there’s none! I spend 30 min to an hour trying to park every time I need to park my car. Even worse, the complex is NOT working to find a solution. Maintenance is so slow in getting anything done. If I had known these factors were going to be as bad as they were, I genuinely would not have moved in. 100% not happy with this complex. Highly advise you to pass on this location.

UPDATE: moving out was another headache. They found someone to rent my unit before my 30 days notice expired so I lucked out that way. However, they wanted to charge me $100 for cleaning and $200 for touch up painting. After raising holy hell, they reduced it to $50 cleaning and $116 for touch up paint. Just stay away from this place. Loud neighbors at night. Banging things at all hours of the night ... Loud parties. Roaches in neighboring units! Property manager, Jasmine, is also a joke. No convenient parking for residents.
