RentPlus services is a credit reporting tool with a service charge of $8.95 per month for one resident or $14.95 per month for multiple residents. Residents can unenroll in the RentPlus program at any time for no penalty. Online payment services that may be unavailable if resident NSF payment during occupancy, is in the court process, or payment is made after the 10th day of the month. Flex Pay is a 3rd party service that residents must qualify for independently. The monthly fee for utilities varies based on unit.
