The kitchen has an open layout into the living room area that's great for entertaining. You will find plush carpet in the living room and bedroom. Both the bedroom and the living room are very spacious and filled with natural light. The entire unit has been freshly painted. At the end of each street on Depot Hill, you will find scenic overlooks where you can look out over the ocean. There are benches and a small walking path along the bluff, making it a perfect spot to sit, enjoy the ocean views, or take a stroll. The property has two private entrances, one of which goes directly into the bedroom and the other goes into the living room. There is ample front yard space and one-off street parking. For additional guest parking, street parking is always an option, and is first come, first serve. No parking permit required. All utilities are tenant responsibility. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount , good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.
