We moved in over a month ago and love it. Great facilities, friendly staff, and great area. Maintenance guys are sweet and prompt. Office staff returns calls and emails in a timely manner. Ample parking even though there is no assigned parking and most tenants are SMU kids or families, so they have a little louder fun sometimes. Definitely recommend, you get what you pay for.

The customer service from day one has been exceptional. The leasing agent Jenna is excellent and allowed us to view the apt so get measurements on more than one occasion. We love the amenities such as the updated gym and pool. We also love the fact that our packages are delivered into lockers and we receive notifications when they arrive. Maintenance has also been amazing. They are prompt and courteous. We have nothing negative to say about these apartments!

I loved my experience at The Standard! The property is well maintained. The leasing office and maintenance are very prompt and easy to work with. Cruz Torres is the best community manager i’ve ever had! Great guy, goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend living at The Standard! Zero complaints from me.

I absolutely love the Standard so far. My roommate and I toured so many apartments before finally deciding with The Standard and we had Jenna guide us throughout the entire process. She was the BEST leasing agent we had worked with! We appreciated her help and transparency about the property which contributed to our decision to live here and we have no complaints so far! You da bomb Jenna!

I don’t live in these apartments but earlier today my car ran out of gas and i had to park it in the guest spots in front of them, and as i grabbed my gas can from my trunk i see one of the front office workers coming towards me and i started to get nervous thinking they were going to say i couldn’t park there and be upset but boy was i wrong. the workers name is Alphonse and i have never met a more kind and caring man in my whole life. we were total strangers and he cared about my well being as if we weren’t strangers but family. small acts of kindness go a long way. thank you alphonse you left a mark on me to try my hardest to be kind to everyone i meet. god bless you brother. 10/10. he deserves the world and more.

I recently moved out of The Standard, and I must say, it was an exceptional place to call home. The apartment complex itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that truly made me feel at ease. The staff at The Standard are outstanding. From the moment I moved in, they were always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Their professionalism and friendliness made a world of difference in my living experience. A special shoutout to the property manager, Cruz, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Cruz's dedication and attentiveness are truly commendable. Thank you, The Standard team, for providing such a wonderful residence. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

We loved our time at The Standard. We never had any complaints. The leasing office & maintenance teams were always great to deal with and the other people in the community are all lovely. Very safe & quiet environment. We would definitely recommend The Standard!!!!

I was a bit apprehenisve about living in an apartment complex at first, but the kind and efficient staff and community of residents have been wonderful. The grounds and facilities are immaculately kept. My family and I feel at home.
