This is the best apartment I’ve stayed at in Los Angeles. As a travel nurse I moved multiple times. This was the first time I felt safe and supported by a management team. Anything I had a concern about they addressed immediately. Also this is the first time I stayed at an apartment for 2 years. I’m getting married in June and planned to move out and buy a house before the lease ends. They were supportive every step of the way. Special shout out to Patricia the property manager her supervisor. Also a special thank you to the Vice President of Moss and company Chris Gray and his assistant Anna for stepping in and helping me get approval for my first home loan!! 🙏🏾 So happy.

My husband and I, as well our two babies, rented a 2 bedroom apartment from Olive Encino for exactly 2 years. We were extremely pleased with our experience there! Office management (especially Patricia) was great- they kept us informed by phone, email and notices posted throughout the building. We were always able to get a hold of someone whether it was the 24/7 phone line to Moss and Company or directly to the leasing office downstairs. Maintenance was always taken care for us in a timely manner and the worker Manuel (I think that was his name) was efficient and helpful.. always giving us suggestions with miscellaneous things for our apartment. Marta was in charge of cleaning the grounds- she was extremely sweet- always stopping to say hello to my daughters plus she did a great job in keeping the whole building clean! They were always updating the complex throughout our stay - eg. Electric car charging ports throughout the whole garage. At one point my washing machine broke and I had to wait for a part to come in, but they gave me a key to vacant unit so that I always had access to a washing machine- I really appreciated that! We also wanted to mention the night time security guard ( unfortunately we cannot remember his name) - he was a really cool guy and actually took his job seriously (Which is quite rare in my experience with security guards). One time we left our door barely cracked open and he let us know by knocking and closing it himself. It’s a good feeling to know someone as attentive as him was walking around the whole building all night! We really loved our apartment itself - it had modern appliances, large rooms and closets, lots of counter space in the kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the entire place! I also loved that our balcony faced the beautiful courtyard where I would here the fountain running all day :) I do not have many complaints about the place - Yes, people can smoke in their units - and I would smell it from time to time. And Yes, we had to pay extra for a our dog ( but who wouldn’t for their fur baby? Lol) I waited to write a review once I received our security deposit back and we received exactly what was discussed! I will only have good memories of our stay at Olive Encino! - Josh and Brittany W.
