I have been living here for a year and I love the area. It is right next to the train so its always convenient when I don't want to use my car. It is also a block away from the lake, which I absolutely love. I was living in a studio and moved to a 2 bedroom. The team was so helpful when I needed to transfer and made it so easy for me. Xavier always comes as soon as I put a work order in and has helped me on multiple occasions. Maintenance helps me keep my apartment together while I take care of my Dad and pets (love that they are pet friendly). I really appreciate my overall experience living on this property. I would recommended it to anyone, especially if you are looking for budget friendly and high expectations! :) Thank you

OMG!! Where do I start! We just moved in to Reside on Morse about a week ago, and everyone from the management to the community has been A1. Our leasing Agent, Lorranda has been nothing short of spectacular with taking her time to make sure we had all of our questions answered and ensuring we felt complete my comfortable with the transition over to Reside. I truly believe Reside on Morse is a hidden gem in Rogers Park. They fixed all issues with our apartment and made us feel at home every step of the way. Me and my wife are thankful to be at Reside on Morse. Looking forward to a continued great experience.
