Please NEVER move in here, water was out for a month!!! My window had glass chunks falling out and they did nothing for 6 weeks!!! One of the maintenance people told me that I knew what I was getting into but I didn’t so I’m warning you now

NEVER EVER, move here. A horrendous property company, whatever they call themselves. Our water was out for a month, and got a really lousy credit on my rent for it. And guess what? Now our heat is out and it’s 7 degrees outside. Nobody’s working on it, been out for 12+ hours now. Seriously avoid this complex, and any other property they own. On top of all that, they have maintenance guys who don’t know what they’re doing I literally had one walk into my apartment and into my bathroom as I was taking a shower and scolded me after I told him he was in the wrong apartment. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
