I lived in Artista beginning in 2018, and I had a great experience living there. I lived in both a studio unit and 1BR unit, and they were fantastic. Beautiful flooring and the best track lighting I've ever seen in an apartment. Sort of like an art gallery. There were continual improvements to the lobby over the past few years and recently they instituted an entry system operated by an app (an amazing addition) and a package room for extra security. In particular, I had amazing experiences with the building engineer, Angelo. He's so friendly, responsive, and accommodating--I hope to have another building manager like him. Overall a great building, great unit, superb location--very close to Hollywood Beach & Andersonville. It's around the corner from the Bryn Mawr El station too. Worth checking out if you're looking for a place!!
