We offer plenty of closet space as well throughout your unit. Each apartment contains a full size washer and dryer and a utility closet as well. Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan as well as large closet space. The bathrooms feature beautiful granite counter tops and the cabinets are Cherrywood cabinets. Relax in our garden tubs, or take a quick shower. Each bathroom comes with extra closet space too! Our open floor plans feature crown molding, spacious rooms, walk-in closets in the master bedroom, Jack and Jill sinks in the master bathroom, and French doors leading to your own private patio. Our security deposit starts out at $500.00 and we have a $25.00 application fees per adult. There are no additional admin fee's at all. The standard lease term is for 12 months. All you will need is: **A Photo ID of everyone 18 years and older **Fill out an Application online **One months’ worth of pay stubs **Make 2.5 times the total rent before Taxes **If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $250.00 (No pet rent) If you have any questions, or would like to see one of our apartments, please feel free to come by Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
