My roommate and I just moved in and we couldn’t be happier with the property! So safe and spacious, and the staff is incredible. Holly and Tere have gone above and beyond for us and made this process as stress free as possible!

I've been here for about 6 months and have been enjoying my time here so far! It's very close (walkable) to St Johns Town Center, many different restaurants as well as other fun locations like Top Golf and iFly! The front office staff has been very friendly, the maintenance staff is very responsive to any issues you may be experiencing in your apartment, the amenities are really nice (pool, gym with lake view, pet-friendly courtyard), and most importantly, I love the pool and lake views! Overall, this is a very nice, friendly and beautiful place to live! Highly recommend!
