Amazing Staff. Cleaned up properties. Except for during the weekend when residents or non residents decide to dump trash at the compactor too lazy to walk it up the dump stairs. But the management Team handles daily. I wish all tenants that lived here cared about the outside where our kids play a bit better. We can do better together. I seen posts about mold.. Hey neighbors when you clean use some bleach and water...if the problem is too bad the office does offer mold services to come if we need it.. Overall exceptional nice staff, great maintenance team, just had washer repaired at 11pm ish the other evening. So emergency line works too..a real human answers and calls you immediately any hour. Let's all work together to make our homes nice inside and out and let's together help get our trash up the stairs into the open dumpster.

I am currently very uncomfortable with the apartment but Mrs. Heather Carter, the general manager, is working to solve my problem and make Bella Terraza the same complex or better than it was 7 years ago. The current assistant manager inspires fear and is never kind to the tenant, is racist towards Hispanics and is very unpleasant when serving us. Bella Terraza is a name in Spanish and that is why it is so persecuted by Latinos. I think that the best thing would be to have bilingual administrative staff and it is easy to get. The problem lies in the lack of communication and not respecting the rights of the tenant. We demand good service, apartments in excellent condition to live in and security, and do not forget that we are paying. Thank you very much.!
